Can login but once i saw my character, it's stucked

Hi,

was able to login successfully. however after i saw my character on the screen, i cannot seem to control it.

also all NPCs are not showing, which indicates that it's not loading properly?
Tried reconnecting a lot of times and can connect easily. However it is stucked on the first screen after selecting my character.
